The 5 Best Cigar Lounges in Houston
Finding a good cigar lounge near you can be tough, especially if you’re traveling and not familiar with the area. I often face this issue myself. The perfect solution to finding a great place to smoke is nearly finished. Until then we’re left with scouring online resources and sifting through social media for recommendations.
But that takes time, and time is valuable. More time reading online reviews means less time to enjoy your cigar.
I’ve got great news if you’re looking for a great place to enjoy a stick in Houston because I’ve done all the research for you.
This list is a compilation of data from every source imaginable – Twitter sentiment, Facebook posts and reviews, Instagram feedback, Pinterest shares, Google reviews, Yelp, Foursquare, cigar forums, and personal recommendations.
All of these cigar lounges are outstanding so it was impossible to rank one over the other. If you are looking for something specific, be sure to check out the best feature at the end of each review.
Here we go, In no particular order…

Great Spots in the Surrounding Area
While these locations aren’t technically in Houston, they are in the area and are too good to be excluded from the list.
International House of Stogies
This is one of the most laid back cigar bars around. The selection is always on point and the attentive staff make it their business to have what you want and need.

The Man Cave Cigar Lounge
You may not be familiar with this name but you likely know this as the place that put the Colin Kaepernick jersey on the ground. If you look this place up online, it may appear as though this cigar lounge has mixed reviews. But further reading will show that most of the negative reviews don’t have anything to do with the cigar lounge itself; rather they are from people who are mad about the Kaepernick jersey thing.
The ratings about the actual cigar lounge features are excellent.
This is a great place to enjoy a premium/boutique cigar and a drink of your choice (it is BYOB). If you’re looking for a comfortable man-cave like atmosphere, good company, and great smokes, this is the place for you.
